This charcoal pencil drawing of a mermaids eye complete with protective membrane was done on Fabriano watercolour paper. It was a challenge to do as the face shape and skin texture are different to ours- they also have no hair. This drawing is part of an ongoing project with my partner and a friend to rework mythological creatures in a way that works :)

Framed in oak, frame size 28.5cm x 23.5cm. The frame comes with acrylic glazing so it is safe to ship.
